Outdoor ads are via the Manchester (UK) City Council, specifically targeting randy youngins'. I like 'em! Kids hate preaching and love dick (and boob) jokes. Here they get a smile, and get a surreptitious talking to. Much like the recent funny MTV safe sex print ads, these will work, at least a little, I think.
