Update: looks like it's just a concept. Mickey D's is mum on the seed-bombing stunt by designer Sean Click. It's illegal to remove because it's made out of the state flower, the golden poppy, which is protected by law from excavation (well, wild ones are). If that was my property, yeah-no, bye bye poppies.
